1 Definitions

"Platform" means the bagi99 website accessible at bagi99.onl and all sub-pages, services, features, applications, and content provided thereon. "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform. "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform. "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on the Platform. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by bagi99 to eligible Players under specified promotional terms. "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.

2 Eligibility & amp; Account Registration

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of bagi99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

bagi99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage. Players may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address (issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bagi99 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must not share your login details with any third party. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials are your sole responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the bagi99 support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bagi99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has delayed in reporting suspicious activity.

bagi99 employs industry-standard SSL encryption and fraud detection systems to protect player accounts. However, no system is entirely infallible, and Players are encouraged to use secure, private networks when accessing the Platform and to log out fully after each session.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bagi99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawals are processed by the bagi99 payments team within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section, which may vary by payment method. bagi99 does not accept or process payments from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must, wherever possible, be the same method used to withdraw funds.

bagi99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. If a Player's Account is under review, withdrawal processing may be delayed until the review is concluded. bagi99 will not be responsible for any delays caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name.
• bagi99 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for the purposes of placing bets. Depositing funds without the intention to bet — for example, as a means of currency conversion — is strictly prohibited.
• bagi99 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bagi99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all bagi99 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• Each Player may claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules & Betting

The rules governing individual games and betting markets are displayed within each game or market on the bagi99 Platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game or market.

bagi99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by its game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and fair. Players acknowledge that the element of chance is inherent in all gambling activities and that no betting system or strategy guarantees a profit.

bagi99 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: technical errors or malfunctions that affect the integrity of a game; manifest errors in odds or payouts; evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of cheating; or any other circumstance in which it is determined that a bet would not have been accepted under normal operating conditions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bagi99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (including under a different name, email address, device, or IP address).
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bagi99 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts, data, or systems of other Players or bagi99 without authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

bagi99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bagi99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and code — is the property of bagi99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Players must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bagi99. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bagi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions. bagi99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bagi99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

11 Account Closure & Termination

Players may request the closure of their bagi99 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after settlement of open bets and deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

bagi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would present a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bagi99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bagi99 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processors, game providers, identity verification services) or as required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bagi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bagi99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bagi99 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the bagi99 support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures in place at the time of the dispute.

15 Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and bagi99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
